First blend veggies and nuts with water. Blend well.
Add meat. Blend well.
DO NOT USE A SPOON! It WILL at some point fall into the blender, requiring the purchase of a new blade – $100 minimum!
A handy black plunger thing comes with the blender to help with mixing. I never use that either. I am able to blend without any “hand tools” because I blend the easiest items first, with water, and then add the more dense materials. When I am blending I peek into the top to make sure everything is moving well. I then use a spatula to clear any food particles from the top area of the blender, blend again and voile´!
