  1. Hi, dropping in from TwitterMoms. Found you blog on the “Do you have a special needs blog” discussion. So, glad I did. Amazing blog:) What a great opp to see this private screening. My daughter does not have autism, we really are not sure what she has, but she is unable to walk or talk. The “experts” best guess is mitochondrial disease. I see your child also does not have a dx. Anyway, I’m glad I stopped by. If you would like to check out my blog – http://kaitlynnsplace.blogspot.com/ feel free. 🙂

    • Thanks for stopping by Ashley. I’ll be checking out your blog! It is a challenge to do life without a diagnosis…. the pressure to be the advocate/discoverer is so tremendous. Lately every time I hear a new thing I wonder if that’s what we are dealing with. A few years ago a neurologist told us that most likely whatever syndrome our daughter has would be named after her. That was no comfort, but I knew what he was trying to say. Our daughter definitely has sensory processing dysfunction. We see it every day. Why the other aspects of her needs exist I don’t know. Thanks again for stopping by!
