Little Miss: Mom, Can dogs talk?
Me: No honey, dogs cannot talk. Have you ever seen a dog talk?
Little Miss: Yes. Martha talks.
Me: Martha? from “Martha Speaks”?
Little Miss: Yes!
Me: But she isn’t real honey. She’s a drawing. She’s not a real dog.
Little Miss: Mooooooooooommmmmmm! Of course she is real! You silly.
